We have always had a bit of a love/hate relationship with Paisley. We love the complexity of the pattern, but it's so hard to do something original with it. Given the pattern was born in Persia about 500 years ago, the ground has been pretty well trod by everyone. But then we read it became much better known during the 60s, thanks in part to the Beatles wearing it. Now that did get us thinking. The swinging sixties, the summer of love, and the peace symbol? Suddenly we had an idea for an original print.
