Step 1 - RELAX: Pour half of the pouch of Relaxing Bath Salts into warm water for a full bath, let the salt dissolve, and soak in for at least 20 minutes. Can also be used as a footbath for tired feet.
Step 2 - RECOVER: Massage the Relief Lotion for Tired Leg & Foot in upward strokes from the arches of the feet up to the lower legs to stimulate blood circulation. Reapply as needed.
