Handcrafted in 18 karat Yellow and White Gold, this Custom Diamond Initial Refined Clip Open Chain Necklace is a tool to tell your story. The medallion is surrounded by baguette diamonds with your choice of 2 to 4 white gold pave diamond letters in the center to represent a loved one, personal initials, or a special moment.

Medallion comes with an oval push gate in smooth or pave diamonds as a tool to build a story or add to any necklace.
