Made in 1997 from a substantial wool gabardine fabric, the jacket is cut long, with padded shoulders, notch lapels, a three button front placket, and flap pockets. The trousers have an elasticated, drawstring waist, giving the otherwise conventional suit an oddly casual feel, and are cuffed at the hem.
